What You Can Expect From Us

We can't guarantee that every job will be the same, but here are the basic steps that we follow when working with you on your plumbing needs.

  1. You call us at 972.689.0578.

  2. We provide a free estimate over the phone or a free written estimate for remodels and water heater replacements. Sorry, we cannot provide a free written estimate for plumbing issues that may require troubleshooting to determine the root cause of an issue.

  3. You are happy with our estimate and want to proceed with us fixing your plumbing issue.

  4. We talk with you to determine the urgency of your issue. If it is an emergency then we will move our schedule around to get there as quickly as possible. If it is not an emergency, we schedule an appointment within 1 - 2 business days.

  5. Our plumber reviews the codes for your particular city to ensure we have the right supplies for the job, and asks our office to send you paperwork for permits and inspections as required for your city, town, or community.

  6. Our plumber visits your residence within a 2 hour window. Due to traffic, travel time, and unexpected issues coming up while working, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a smaller window than that.

  7. Our plumber begins work and informs you of any unexpected problems that arise so we can work with you to determine the best plan to move forward.

  8. Our plumber completes the work, walks you through each item for review, and once everything meets your satisfaction, talks you through any next steps involving inspections from the city, town, or community when applicable.
