Great in all aspects

Imperial Plumbing was excellent from the initial call to finish. Had to turn off our water main due to malfunctioning faucet handle. The showed up on time wearing PPE, fixed the issue timely with a great price all while being nothing but professional. We’ll definitely call them again if we have any future plumbing needs.

Great Service!

Had to get a new sink faucet replaced - both Toby and Sam were very hands on from checkpoint calls to thoroughly assessing the issue and even came earlier than expected for appointment time. Sam did a great and thorough job and was very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Proactive and great follow through

Toby called me to let me know a part he needed to complete the job was out of stock and gave me the option to either reschedule or do 90% of the job as planned. I decided to move forward. The next day he was there with the missing part without any follow up from me. Great service!
