Prices for plumbing work depend on many factors like the type of work, the amount of effort that it will take to bring the current plumbing up to code, and even the specific requirements in the town or city you live in.
We are happy to provide a free written estimate for water heater replacements, replacement of current fixtures, or plumbing remodels. Unfortunately, we cannot provide free estimates for anything that will require troubleshooting because we cannot know how long that will take up front.
Water Heater Replacement
Water heater manufacturers suggest that water heaters be replaced after 8 to 12 years. We've seen some last much longer than that – the oldest we've seen was 34 years – but the risk of water damage increases greatly with time. That 34 year old water heater had been slowly leaking for months before the owners noticed and called us.
Older water heaters were probably installed to outdated code – they may not have a drain pan or temperature and pressure (T&P) relief drain line installed. These are requirements for newer installs to avoid severe water damage. Older water heaters also aren't as efficient as newer ones. You may be wasting energy and money.
Our water heater installs cover everything you need, we provide the water heater and install it according to the code in your city. We pull the proper permits and schedule an inspection once the job is done.

Preventative Maintenance Checkups
These are annual plumbing checkups for your entire home. We will inspect sinks, water heaters, laundry taps, toilets, tubs, showers, visible natural gas lines, and everything else plumbing related. While we are there we will also flush your water heater to ensure that you don't get sediment build-up and activate your temperature and pressure valve to ensure that it isn't frozen in place (Please note: if the T&P valve fails to shut off then there would be additional expense for us to fix it which is not included in the maintenance checkup). You get the peace of mind of knowing that an expert has examined your home and that you know about any plumbing issues rather than wondering and worrying. You also get a discount on any work you do with us, any time of the year – not just at the time we do the checkup.
We feel this is one of the most important services we offer and cannot recommend it enough. Not only do we get to build a relationship with you – a homeowner who cares about their home. This also allows us to become more familiar with your plumbing leading to more accurate estimates of work that maybe be needed, and fewer unexpected situations that could cause work to run longer than any of us would like.

Plumbing Remodel
Whether you’re sprucing up your home and looking to relocate some fixtures, pulling everything out to start fresh, or you have an older home with piping that needs to be updated, it’s a good idea to have a professional plumber involved to ensure the job is done right and up to code.
We know remodels can be a worrisome and stressful time for a homeowner, so we take extra care to make sure we understand the job at hand, and discuss different options with you to ensure you’re happy with the final results. We’ll work with materials (faucets, shower heads, etc…) that you’ve already purchased, or provide you with options from our suppliers to make the process as easy as possible for you. We’ll also work directly with the city to schedule required inspections for you when necessary. Give us a call so we can help make your remodel a reality.
Faucet Repair & Replacement
Experiencing a loss of water pressure from your faucet? This could just be a build up of mineral deposits which can be remedied by simply taking the faucet apart and cleaning it. But it could also be a sign that there’s an issue with the water supply which could lead to more serious consequences. Either way it’s a good idea to have a plumber take a look and get things done right.
We cover all common faucet issues from leaks, to loss of water pressure, to complete replacements. We’ll do the troubleshooting to understand the true cause of the issue, discuss the possible options you have, and get it fixed up.
Toilet Repair & Replacement
If your toilet simply will not flush, or is running continuously, it’s likely a small problem inside the tank which you can fix yourself, or with the help of a handy friend. However if your toilet is overflowing, or there’s an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom constantly, it could be a larger issue that calls for professional help.
Whether it’s a simple problem that you don’t feel comfortable with or have time to fix, or a larger problem that you don’t know the cause of, we can help. Give us a call, from small repairs to complete replacements, we take care of it all.
Shower and Bathtub Repair & Replacement
Having a leak in your shower could lead to not only the frustration of dealing with low pressure or cold water when taking a shower, it could also lead to significant water damage in your bathroom if it’s not corrected.
From leaky shower faucets to clogged drains, we have the expertise to diagnose and resolve the issues efficiently and effectively.
Garbage Disposal Replacement
If you notice water leaking from your garbage disposal, it could just be that some of the connections are loose and need to be retightened or that the rubber gasket needs replacing. These are not major expensive things to fix, but could lead to larger issues if left unresolved.
We recommend our annual preventive maintenance service, to prevent these types of issues or at least catch them early.
However if you’re experiencing any leaking or just ready to upgrade to a quieter disposal, give us a call we’re happy to help.
